hoppity skippity will neeed some tuning to get the weights right, esp with only braid the front lifts real easy...... Remember when tuning the traction magnets are adjustable for whatever tire height you use.
Here I am showing magnets with no adjustment. Here after some turns with the allen wrench. The traction magnet has started to drop down. This is a huge plus when tuning. Of course the silly foam tires I built for you will bite a lot harder.

Just a big thank you to all who have made this years racing exciting and memorable. The sandfly team have moved on from rookie to veteran, and have not disappointed me in their results. I have enjoyed building new cars for the proxy racing to see how our ideas stack up against those that have been doing this a long time, so bring on next year for more racing action.

well back again, weve been racing hard in NZ are are now back into it after a lay off. Have purchased a slotless track and need to know if any one has had experience with the controlers, prob is the lane change switch doesn't work, it has I think a blocking diode as power only goes one way, any help needed.

Nice read sandfly. I started on page one. Had me hooked when I seen the addition going up. Most track builds you see start with the table. You started by pouring concrete ha ha that's awesome. Sam/Skillet
