Well, the good news is my tires arrived earlier today The bad news is I ordered the large size and they're too big (.610") Oh well, it's part of the learning curve I'm going to have with these little vehicles... Gale, I ended up glueing and trueing (somewhat) the stock tires, so please don't try to remove them to put on a set of silicones per your offer (again, I appreciate it). What I got is what I got, and I'm sure I'll come in dead last. I gotta start somewhere, so the car's on it's way to you now.

If you race some inlines later, that size is normally legal for those, depends on the "RaceMaster".
As far as that "dead last" spot, that's usually my spot but I'll gladly letcha have it .

To not even try is the worst thing I can think of, I salute you for giving it a try. There are literally thousands of members who have signed up on this site. Less than 10% even try one race. Think about how many times Edison tried a light bulb before he made a working one, about 10,000.

Another Race Procedure Announcement: A couple of veteran racers contacted me via PM about warming up their cars. Me, being new, didn't realize that this was either allowed or required. I am appreciative of their guidance and counseling on these matters.
Method A: Besides checking shoes/braids for proper contact, wheelie bars not dragging and clean tires, raise rear wheels off track and run at half throttle for 5 to 10 seconds before each run.
Method B: Besides checking shoes/braids for proper contact, wheelie bars not dragging and clean tires, run each car a couple times down the track before qualification runs & elimination runs.
These were the two different warm up procedures requested and I am more than happy to do it.
Method A will become the standard for everyone's cars unless I hear differently from you.
If you have a preference different from method A, please PM me with your needs and I will be happy do my best to fulfill those needs . Any opinions or requests that are posted here will be ignored . Just PM me.
Thank you all for your understanding and patience with me on these matters. Gale

Some more cool cars showed up today . This is really cool getting to see these works of art up close, lovin' it!
Two Inline Stocks from pete The blue Econoline is sitting on a Wizzard Storm chassis, which really caught my attention. I've been thinking about using some storm chassis I have.
Eagle Racing sent 1 - 4G SS (far lane) and 1 - Inline Stock. I was real careful not to drool on them .

Plus, Robert sent all these cool sponsor items . I might have to roll the dice or sumpthin' to see how this gets distributed . Thanks a bunch Robert, cool stuff!!!
Each body fits a different style chassis and that one bag has 5 different N type motors.

In my experience the pancake style chassis require a warm up far more than the inlines do. I have seen ET drops as much as .05 with a good warm up on them. On the inline classes letting us know what type of chassis is being used is very interesting also. I have had good results with many of them.
