the Track Mate system comes pre-wired and labelled as to where to plug each in.
among other light sources, incandescent light bulbs of 40 WATTS are recommended and what I use now.
I have a set of www.amazon.com/Commercial-Electric-6-Light-Cabinet-200-Watt/dp/B00FI6RGOY that I intend to install to replace the cheapo desk lights I have screwed to the side of the track now.
I think that one of the links previously mentioned is for these lights as well and they appear to be the same as some others are using.
