With the warmer weather, I have been spending a little more time in the garage. Some times I hide there! I have everything working fairly well. My system will work with normal house lighting, but my garage has some very old flouresent (spelling) lighting and my garage has windows at differnt hts and on three sides. One of the first things I encountered, was these lites have the old large ballast and the pulsating lt on the adruino would some times go crazy. If you here background static on your radio the lights are creating a lot of noise. I made up some light bars using 5 volt led strips and have them at 3.5 volts and they work perfect. I also set the debounce at 400 and that has elimited all glitches. As of now I only have sensors in one lane, but thats all I need for testing. I will install the sensors in the other lane as soon as I get these cars done and sent off to Texas.

Best news I heard all day ! Glad you got it going. I'll bump my Debounce up to 400 and try it out. I've still just been resetting the race every time.

For those using Drag Race Coordinator V41 is now up on the site. Sensors now functioning. I have installed a total of 8 sensors per lane and all is well. Little by little I am testing everything I can think of.
My new track is nearing completion. I will post some pics soon.

At this point the only thing I have checked is the function of the sensors. Have not taken an actual end to end run yet.
Will do shortly.

For those using Drag Race Coordinator (DRC) or interested in it, V42 is now available on the website.
I plan to have my new drag ready for trials soon and possibly open for use around Sept or sooner.
