I wish that I could come  . I will be attending a slot car show on the outskirts of London in November but unfortunately over here 99.99% of the stuff will be 1/32scale  . |

Hi Bill, ROFLMFAO could be similar to... Roll On the Floor Laughing My Fishy Aorta Off. Words CAN be substituted.  So all I need to do is get to Mexico and drive north to the slot car show? I would have never thought of that.  I think Canadian's can fly south at the moment. We just can't drive across yet. I'm not about to buy a flight to Ohio just yet. That would eat up all the slot car money. I am however looking forward to meeting my friend Sam/Skillet when the border opens up.  Ken |

Ken, From what I hear. If you cross the border, from Mexico on foot, they’ll give you a smart phone, $1200 and put you on a bus or plane. Just tell them you want a ticket to Cleveland. That should leave you plenty of slot car money. Not sure what would be your best way to get home? You may have to hang with Sam till November. |

Ken I'm 15 minutes from the airport. I'll pick you up. Definitely getting some pictures Gale. Bill the bazooka crew can get him in. I'll I got for you Clive is worse comes to worse will get the buzz saw and chop them brass chassis down to size...
Just a matter of time now Al. I'm betting on this coming summer.

Sam, I wish I lived a little closer.
But it is about a 9 hour drive from Southern Illinois. Since 1980, i have spent at least 15 Thanksgivings at the US Indoor Champs in Cleveland racing 1/12 onroad rc. Enjoy the show. I understand they have another one in April.

Bill,
It would be a very cool idea to meet. I would be inclined to want to relax and soak in the refreshments. We can compare what we buy at the show.
After driving 6-hours to get there. I probably won't be in any shape to race. I'll be happy to watch.
