My hauler left today via "the big brown truck". Hopefully it's a much faster truck than the truck used to get my cars to the test-n-tune !!

OK, racers, just 10 days till the season finale of the NTRA championship at Lions Drag Strip! If you haven't got your haulers on the road, it's time to get going. Yeah, there's an air strip just down the road from Lions for the high rollers who are flying in on FedEx at the last minute, but when the fog rolls in off the Pacific, those planes can't land.  The ace Lions track crew is prepping the starting line, and they promise it will have more bite than a pride full of lions. These grandstands will be filled with fans and the pits packed with hot slot cars by this time next week. BE THERE! Thanks, Racemaster Rick |

Hauler left today,with one F/C,One Gasser,and one Stock.will be pulling into lions Dragway on friday the 15th!!!,Decided to take the scenic route coming to Lions via Route 66,or at least traval as much as i find of it.

The management of Lions Drag Strip is pleased to report that due to overwheliming response to the inaugural NTRA World Finals, a new grandstand is under construction. Advance ticket sales are running at a record pace, and teams are already arriving in the pits.  Construction of the new high-rise grandstand began early Saturday morning. Lions management denies the malicious rumor that the Rose Parade in Pasadena is missing one of its grandstands.  Working round the clock and fueled by Coors beer and Lions' famous Tofu Burgers, the ace construction crew completed the grandstand Sunday night. The grandstand is built to withstand an 8.0 earthquake on the Richter scale, and may even survive Psycho's ground-shaking MM/PS. Good looking grandstand, Rick.
Got my cars loaded on the rig only to find out that the drivers are taking the day off as
a holiday. I guess my cars won't be pulling out until the morning. Should just make it for
qualifying.

Yup, im in the same boat. My team manager is terrible! I'd blame my wife but it is my fault. lol
At least I'm glad I got on line to get Ricks address and saw the posts before i went to the post office!
