What's the event schedule looking like for this weekend?

All is in readiness at Lions Drag Strip for the inaugural NTRA World Finals. We're on temporary hold here at
the Beach until the fog lifts -- officials can't see the finish line from the tower.
Early arrivals have gone through the tech line and are setting up their pit spaces. We're currently awaiting the arrival of Phyllis the Mail Lady in case there are any last-minute entries. She promised to be here by 4:00 p.m. Al the UPS Guy arrived with Scottman's rig on Friday. Still hoping that Hairycanary's hauler pulls through the pit gates tonight -- he was supposed to have left on Tuesday, but may have encountered trouble on the Ridge Route.
We'll start qualifying under the lights on Saturday night at 6 p.m. PT. After each qualifying session, we'll run a round of the mighty match race between Sam the Man and Racin' Jason to determine the title of Lion King in MM/PS.
Final eliminations will begin on Sunday at 1 p.m., and we'll run 'em till there's a winner in every category. Then the lavish post-race award ceremony, followed by a session in the teardown barn with the ace Lions tech crew.
