Is there classes for tyco slot cars and what chassis run and what bodies can be ran? What are some tips to make faster. The only class NTRA has run using inline chassis is MM/Pro Stock. This class allows any inline chassis. Most builder/racers use the Super G+ chassis for this class but any inline can be used. I don't know of any tips posted on this site for the Tyco chassis but you can find some build techniques for the Super G+ chassis at these links: www.ninjatekprojects.com/PDF/MM_PSBuildUpPt1.pdfwww.ninjatekprojects.com/PDF/MM_PSBuildUpPt2.pdf

You've got the right idea with those cars. The rules for the M/FC and T/F are in the race schedule/ rules directory at the top of the page. Remember these are only the proposed rules for now, nothing is set in stone. NFC is basicly a stock 4 Gear with different tires, an older style F/C body and no wheelie bars.

I just wanted to check before I bought some. I picked up a M/FC the other day and I did some of the tips to it that are here on the site. I plan on sending it in for the June race. Can I put silicone wheels on it?

If I remember right those tires are legal.

If I remember right those tires are legal. A little short though. A T-jet needs all the height it can get in the tires for drag racing because of the way they are geared.

Can I put silicone wheels on it? If I'm correct any tire can be used on a M/FC (4g). Think its referred to as build type II or B don't remember. Check schedule for build type then 4g build rules to be on safe side. ......PC

I got a hairy canary 80s mustang body from the spring nationals. What class can it be ran in? I know its a 4 gear body so one of the 4 gear classes. If it can run in the 4 gear N/FC class I will just leave the wheelie bar it came with off.
