I told you that car was HAUNTED! It finds a way to win even when it is not the quickest. .007 is close Those to have been down in the .000s match racing here. Thanks for running the race Alan, nice coverage, pictures and info. I did put a lot of time in on the X3 cars and I had a lot to choose from. My son is fighting with a new Air rivet gun he bought but he has seen the results and he will make a comment soon. Some advice, don't buy a Harbor Freight air Rivet gun, a real piece of junk.

Thanks Al, we put a lot of runs on the X3 cars trying to beat each other. This seemed to make the cars run even faster.

How do you mount a T-jet body to a AFX style chassis without modifying the chassis base? The rules for X3 say no mods to chassis at all (body mount tabs?) and the guide pin must be in the stock location. From what I was told before hosting Doorslammers at my event that if the host runs any classes without following the current 2015 rules (min voltage, tire size, and such) then no points would be give for that class. Please help me I just want to learn.

FOR 4 YRS ALL THESE CLASSES ALLOWED REMOVAL OF THIS MOUNT TO ACCOMMODATE THE USE OF OTHER TYPE BODIES. THE GUIDE PIN SEEN IN PICTURE APPEARS TO BE IN STOCK LOCATION. TYPE OF GUIDE PIN USED IS NOT IN RULES ! T-JET TYPE PINS HAVE BEEN USED ON 4G'S BEFORE WHICH HAVE THE SAME TYPE PIN AS X-TRACS. I am not real familiar with X3 rules perhaps they are ment to be as is. Or this is something that could use clarification, perhaps was omitted, or might be covered in generalized rules. Thanks for bringing it up !

I looked at the rules myself and it does not say removal of body tabs allowed in X3 class, but is clearly mentioned in 4 gear classes to be allowed. Hate to say it but that car is not legal by the 2015 rules.

SUPER PRO STREET X3 Check the rules for yourself and look under chassis.

Calling people names and trying to start trouble. What is your other hobby pulling wings off of fly's. Give the win to my son, no problem there as he had the race covered the whole time. Could care less about points. Did not see you at this race, yet you sure are looking for anything negative you can say. I guess you can't compete. Surely not with me. To me this is a fun site and I like working on the cars and racing them. Not looking for anything negative I can find. You however are trying to make this a miserable site to race on or be a part of. Please GO AWAY. We can sure do without you.
