Here are pictures of the X3 quals. 18vdc is right on the edge for many of the cars. Those that ran traction magnets were getting down the track much better. Some used wheelie bars and they were very jumpy. One car never made it more then 12" off the line before it would deslot and I even backed the voltage down. Sorry but has to no DNQ it. NINJA and PCENG  NINJA and NOSUBFOR3  NOSUBFOR3 and DAVE632  DAVE632 and 68CAMARO  68CAMARO and KS1933  And finally MIKE11422 who could not stay in the groove at MAPLE GROOVE. After a short break we started the X3 eliminations and ran them all the way down to the semi finals! Here are your results up to that point! First up was KS1933 vs NINJA KS turns an RT of .0514 and an ET of .9235 NINJA turns an RT of .0581 and an ET of .9028 Ninjas Grand AM is a very smooth runner and puts KS in the hauler.  Next pair is Ninja vs PCENG Ninja goes with an RT of .1465 and an ET of 1.2685 PC comes off the line with an RT of .0896 and just about crosses the finish line but deslots.   Ninjas Gold Charger advances Next is 68CAMARO against NOSUB 68CAMARO turns in an RT of .0078 and an ET of .7528 with NOSUB having an RT of -0.0383 ( RED LIGHT ) and an ET of .8868  68CAMARO moves on closer to the finals! Next pair is DAVE632 in his LIME GREEN 55 against NOSUB in his WHITE FIREBIRD  Dave632 takes the Chevy to a win with an RT of .1406 and an RT of .6840 to a loosing Rt of .1574 and an ET of .8421 Next up is 68CAMARO vs NINJA  Ninjas smooth running Grand AM takes the win with an RT of .2549 and an RT of .8980 to 68CAMAROS Rt of .3179 and an ET of .9364 Ninja moves on! Last pair to set the semi finals is DAVE632 against Ninja  Daves old rust bucket Camaro can really haul the mail! His Rt is .2376 with an ET of.6354 against NInjas Rt of .2594 and an ET of 1.3363 There you have it! Semi Finals is set for SUPER PRO STREET X3 Ninja in his Gray Grand Am 68CAMARO in his Blue Camaro DAVE632 with his YELLOW Camaro and his 55 Chevy Congrats guys! See you in a little while with some more eliminations for the X1 and perhaps some finals. We just might run under the lights ALan |

In reviewing all the photos and times an slight error has been made on the X3 event.
In the round with 68Camaro in a Silver Camaro and Ninja in a Gray Grand Am the wrong car for 68Camaro was ran.
Easy to do as both cars from 68CAMARO are almost identical. One is Chrome and the other is a shiny Silver.
In order to make this correct I have called both cars back to the line and that heat ran again this time with the correct car for 68CAMARO
68CAMARO takes the win and will go to the semi finals.
I apologize for the error however as they say " xxxx Happens "
This correction does not trickle down through the runs
I will correct the paper work shortly

No way he can beat the haunted Yellow 67 Camaro.
He is out changing a window motor on his car and not enjoying the race.
He is not a happy camper.

Yellow Camaro RT .2940 ET .6349 Green 55 Chevy RT .2745 ET .7230 Finals for both Street X1 and SUPER PRO STREET X3 will be held right after the NHRA quals on TV! |
