Rick Those are decals. Could possibly be made into a stencil. Been trying to do a stencil of the Cuda billboards like the decal in the 1st photo. Been having trouble with it losing too much detail in the Hemi lettering.

Very nice work!!

Kenny customized the Cuda billboards for me. They originally had cutouts for the door handles and side marker lights, which don’t align with the Afx body. He filled them in for me. He seems to specialize in decals for die cast which works out great for HO slots! BTW This photo was added by using the Desktop feature on an iPhone!!! Thanks guys!!!

Pics I have that I didn’t take the pics it works. I was wanting to go from Flickr to here. So now I’ve learned how to get pics from my phone and Flickr. Thank You again Bill and all others that contributed. Problem solved😁

Large usually works just fine.

Here are a few more customs. Kinda stuck on flames. Need to come up with some more designs. You may have noticed that I’m doing flames on a lot of the chrome and candy colored cars. Been buying Johnny Lightning Thunderjets in lots or sets to get certain models for my collection, then sell off the ones I don’t need. Some of the chrome and candy cars are really hard to move, so I started putting flames on them to create some interest. It’s been working pretty good so far. Been having some fun with them. Cuda billboard is a decal.

I might be interested in a few of those hard to move candy and chrome cars. Thanks for sharing.

Been having some issues with sticky tape and stencil residue after masking. Tried windex but too mild. Alcohol and mineral spirits are too harsh and remove/damage the paint. Looking for that “just right” solution. Might try a citrus solvent next. Smells like Goo B Gone or Goof Off.
Have you guys had any problems like that?
